What to Expect
Appointments: You can make an appointment on line by clicking here or by giving us a call at 281-498-0021. Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5pm or on Saturdays by appointment.
Initial Planning: At a consultation you have the opportunity to get a little creative and play with colors, textures, and various linens from our extensive inventory. Your expert consultant will be able to aid in selections, give input on trends, and put together fabulous combinations for all types of events and budgets. The showroom is conveniently located adjacent to the warehouse, giving you full access to all of LBL’s fabulous inventory to create your ideal tablescape.
Pricing: Following the consultation, a pricing estimate will be created and will reflect the preliminary numbers estimated for your order.
Securing the Date: A 50% non-refundable payment is required to reserve your date of the event and to secure the materials needed to complete the order. Custom orders must be paid in full to order fabrics.
Final Payments: Two weeks prior to the event, your consultant will contact you for your final counts and collect your final payment. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick up.
Forms of Payment: LBL accepts all major credit cards, cash and checks. Cash discount is 3%. Checks are accepted up till 2 weeks prior to the event. Any returned items will be subject to a $35 fee.
How Much Notice Do You Need: While you can order up till the week of your event, LBL cannot guarantee availability of your items. We suggest placing your order as soon as possible to ensure availability. If an order is placed less than two weeks prior to the event date, the entire amount is due with final counts upon receiving the estimate.
Does LBL Deliver: Absolutely! Our support staff is always available to delivery and/or install your event. Times are approximate and we try our best to stay on schedule, but traffic, weather and and facility readiness are just a few of the factors that effect our staff. But have no fear, we will always have your event set up and ready to go on time!
Contract Terms and Policies
It is important for our clients, in order to feel secure with their vendors, to have a binding contract. LBL Event Rentals is now in it’s 19th year of providing quality linens in Houston. Our clients feel secure in the knowledge that we are a stable company with strong roots in the community. Thus we require a few simple things:
Contract: A signed contract accepting the terms of LBL Event Rentals, this contract and the terms of the credit authorization is required to book.
Guarantee: A guarantee to pay all charges, including but not limited to additional linens provided at time of set up (per venue or coordinator request), missing items, damages and late fees.
Payment: To reserve the date, we require a minimum non-refundable payment of 50% of the invoice and an authorized credit card on file.
Delivery: Delivery and set up times are approximate and do not take into account weather and traffic conditions. No guarantees can be made by an employee that supercede this contract.
Finalization: Final counts and payment are due by 5pm on the last business day (Mon- Fri), two weeks prior to the event date. No refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the event. No refunds issued for unused items. Partial refunds are subject to 6% processing fee. Any refund of monies above the minimum amount subject to 25% restocking fee.
